Most of the survey post was correct – the survey IS very important and it should take less than 10 minutes to fill.

The following is additional information and a correction
• Deadline for survey response is September 20
• Everyone who responds and provides an email address to be included in our mailing list, will be entered into FIVE drawings for a $20 Gift Certificate
• Drawings will occur every Monday (8/24, 8/31, 9/7, 9/14, and 9/21)
